dc.description.abstract | The primary messages of this presentation are that there are any good options for liquid diets to feed calves. One should stay away from unpasteurized waste milk! Pasteurized waste milk is a decent option, and it is, at the moment, unaffected by VFD. Feeding as close to whole milk with lower fat is the best option, and MR with high protein (25-28%) and low to mid fat (10-20% depending on season) with digestible nutrients is also a good option. | en |
