dc.description.abstractTourism Organizations (The Travel Corporation, The TreadRight Foundation, TripSchool and the Media Arts Institute of Alabama) have come together to attract more diverse tour guides. Their hope is to have people who are more representative of the travelers themselves and the places that the guests are experiencing. This will create a more well-rounded and personal experience for the guest and provide more opportunities to underrepresented groups.en
