dc.description.abstract | This project examines the initial system analysis and system level design for an integrated elect cal system to be used in a solar powered car. The system design includes the ability to collect and store solar power, as well as manage control signals. The electrical motor for the purposes of this report is considered as part of the mechanical system of the car. The report follows the rigorous systems approach format for as adapted from Blanchard and Fabrycky's Systems Engineering and Analysis 1990). The report begins with a statement of the problem, and continues through preliminary design. | en |
