dc.description.abstractA study done by Travel Weekly in November of 2020 indicated major flaws within the travel industry. Unsurprisingly, survey respondents were dissatisfied with the lack of diversity in upper level management and sales positions. Another portion of the survey results highlighted the need to further diversify the facets of trade shows/ conferences, a strong emphasis on recruitment and training, and the need of inclusion during every session while onsite.en
