These chemicals are being used in laboratory tests or on fields less than 10 acres in size, so they do not need to fit Experimental Use Permit (Section 5) labeling requirements. Instead, "For research testing only" and "FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ONLY - NOT FOR SALE" are prominently displayed on the labels of these chemicals. | en |
