Abstract
The research reported in this paper primarily focuses on women in pesticide management for rice and vegetables. The knowledge level of women is explored along with the issues facing women in pesticide management. The information collected for this paper was taken through an interview based process from a large group of farm women. Focus groups were formed which allowed for discussions between farm women leaders about how to present qualitative data. Different types of analysis processes were used to conclude the work being done by women.
