The Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority partnered with the Virginia Tech Center for Economic and Community Engagement to conduct a target industry strategic analysis. CECE sought to offer VCEDA a data-driven approach to validating the relevance of its existing industry targets and organize and prioritize VCEDA’s efforts to promote job growth and investment within its geographic footprint.
