Abstract
Iuliana Lazar, a research assistant professor at the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute (VBI) at Virginia Tech, has been awarded a five-year, $400,000 National Science Foundation (NSF) Faculty Early Career Development Award (CAREER) for research on the development of microfluidic devices with mass spectrometric detection for proteomic applications.
