Like any report which attempts to predict future conditions the following population data represents forecasts that are subject to change from a variety of unforeseen social and economic factors and may, from time to time, require the State to make minor adjustments. The data are the most recent predictions prepared by the Virginia Department of Planning and Budgeting, and based on current factors.
