Abstract
Almost 30 years ago, Virginia Tech engineering researchers Roe-Hoan Yoon, Gerald Luttrell, and Gregory Adel received a grant from the University Coal Research Program, United States Department of Energy, to develop a method of recovering fine coal particles dispersed in water.
