Abstract

Within the framework of the quasioptical description and the pure Markovianrandom process approximation, an exact kinetic equation is derived for the spectral density function in the case of wave propagation in a nondispersive medium characterized by large_scale space-time fluctuations. Also, a quantity, called the degree of coherence function, is defined as a quantitative measure of the irreversible effects of randomness.
