Wyndham Accelerates System Growth Through Global Conversions

Wyndham continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic by increasing property conversions and remaining consistent with previous quarter one signing contracts. Wyndham has converted 52 hotels and signed 112 development contracts this past quarter. Although the United States markets are far from a complete recovery, Wyndham has reported increased occupancies in Florida, Arizona, and Utah. There is still work to be done on the international side as the international market is where President & CEO, Geoff Ballotti, noted Wyndham took the biggest hit to their overall portfolio overseas.
