dc.description.abstractLaminated magnetoelectric (ME) composites consisting of magnetostrictive and piezoelectric layers are an important class of magnetic sensors. Here, we will present a means to design ME sensors with in-built capabilities to cancel environmental noise, based on designing the sensor signal and the noise in different fundamental modes.
