| dc.description.abstract | Dean Tyler Walters allocated the 2019 VT OASF $140,000 to support article processing charges (APC) in open access journals. This year the Libraries received 171 requests, an increase of 28 over 2018. 77% of the requests met the award criteria. The OASF awarded $165,234 for 131 articles, though invoices paid did not exceed the Fund’s budget allocation. | en |
