New initiatives launch to promote diverse leadership in travel

A new imitative, Tourism Diversity Matters, aims to add additional support to diversifying the tourism and hospitality industries. The imitative focuses on four pillars of apprentices programs, workforce development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and research and data. The platforms would like to shine light on groups that are exceeding with their diversity and inclusion efforts and assist those who might be having a difficult time getting started.
