Abstract

A potato park was created in the mountains of Peru that aimed to alleviate poverty, conserve the nature of the landscape, and improve their livelihoods and food systems strategies. The indigenous and modern sciences were integrated to achieve this end. This is a powerpoint presented at the Seeds of Hope Conference in Athens, Georgia.
