Abstract
This Costa Rican project looks to improve environmental services through scaling up the payments for environmental services system. This will be done by developing sustainable financing mechanisms, expanding the National Forestry Financing Fund into the Payment for Environmental Services (PSA) Program, and encouraging small to medium land owners efforts to join the PSA program.
