dc.description.abstractThis report brings a unique perspective to the nation’s education needs, particularly in higher education. The author presents a compelling case, drawing on demographic trends to increase attention to a national issue: how the U.S. is failing to propel Latino students into higher education, including education administration, and into successful, productive careers. This report also illustrates the educational challenges, provides examples of best practices, and makes a call to expand educational attainment in the Latino community.en
