Abstract
Marketing of Care will be a new "hyper-local" marketing strategy used by marketers as the industry begins showing signs of recovery. Marketing of Care focuses on four pillars of expansive, granular, and personalized experiences to attract the tourist or attendee to the specific destination. The usage of this technique will allow markets to connect with tourists on a deeper level than they previously had to attract tourism to their area. It will be important for CVBs and DMOs to outsource this type of strategy to tap into the tourism markets that are gearing up for the summer travel months.
