Abstract
This article introduces what the event planner should take a look at besides wearing a mask for a safe meeting environment. In order to spread the virus in the event venue, planners need to consider enhanced air circulation in the venue, outdoor setting, preparing onsite COVID Testing, and eliminating the probability of close-quarter encounters.
