Abstract
This report assesses the demand for affordable housing in Henrico County, Chesterfield County, and the City of Richmond. The report This report shows the housing demand has continued to grow steadily in Henrico and Chesterfield Counties in both the owner and renter housing markets. However, in contrast, ownership demand decreased in the City of Richmond. The report projects this decline to accelerate during the next ten years.
