    Abstract
The impacts on homeownership from household income, age of the householder, household type, and race of the householder are individually significant and collectively help explain most of the variation in homeownership between households. This report analyzes the individual and collective effects of demographic variables on homeownership in Virginia and identifies the key factors that contribute to increased homeownership.
