Agricultural interventions can have a profound impact on food security and nutrition. However, they can also potentially negatively affect these same two outcomes by neglecting to consider the impacts of technologies, markets, and gender roles. The purpose of this resource is to provide a summary of the connections between agriculture, food security, and nutrition as well as ways to maximize the benefits obtained from the integration of all three within an agricultural intervention.
