This presentation introduces an innovative instructional design model, based on agile and design thinking principles for the design and development of digital literacy initiatives at a higher education institution. The main goal of the digital literacy initiative is to empower learners as digital citizens, while providing an open access platform of resources that can be accessed by everyone.
