Abstract

This report offers a first look at how school districts are implementing the “4+1” diploma options, and raises questions about whether historically underserved groups of students have equitable access to college- and career-prep pathways. The report also examines the status of efforts to close the graduation rate gap for historically underserved students across the state of New York.
