    Abstract
Combined, resilience and domestic opportunity metrics indicate the Potential Travel Index and recovery across the 25 largest nations. Research shows that travel levels will continue to vary across domestic and international destinations as control over the pandemic continues. Immediate recovery factors will hinge on a country or destination’s demographics, access to healthcare, and reliance on group travel.
