Abstract

In this paper, the definition of hospitality organizational culture is redefined. ⠀It recognizes its elements/dimensions and provides a conceptual framework to determine the impact of hospitality culture in non-hospitality industries, such as health and retail. Hospitality organizational culture as a system of shared norms, values, beliefs, traditions, and expectations whose ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service and memorable satisfactory experiences to all the organizations’ stakeholders.
