According to the STR's Tourism Consumer Insights, travelers prefer smaller hotels and short-term rentals for their accommodation when they travel during the pandemic. Also, Tourists' priorities have switched to cleanliness and safety when they look for accommodation. However, still, Location and Price are the most crucial factors when they made a reservation for their travel though guests are adherent to social distancing, cleanliness, and flexible cancellation during the pandemic.
