Now, as expected, the recovery process has been slow. In an effort to survive, several changes have been made to the industry. Some of the resulting changes in hotels are expected to stick around well past the pandemic, according to a Hilton blog. Some of the changes include social-distance friendly hotel designs, contactless check-in technology, and hybrid event structures.en
