Diversity Strides Expected As New Administration Begins

Abstract

Although the hotel industry has made a larger diversity and inclusion push within the last 30-40 years, industry professionals and leaders recognize it is not enough. Diversity must be included from the top down in every organization to be effective. Emphasis on having a board and executive team as diverse as the members they serve will be the main forces for many hospitality programs within the years to come.
