STR: January US Hotel Performance Nearly Back to Early Pandemic Levels

Miami, FL and Tampa, FL lead the country in occupancy levels for the first month of 2021. Both Florida cities were the only cities to climb above 50% occupancy throughout the month. The top 25 markets also looked positive throughout January with increased ADR and overall signs of high performance.
