AdvanceVT Progress: What We Have Done So Far and Where Do We Go Next?

What is AdvanceVT? AdvanceVT promotes institutional change with the goal of increasing the representation and advancement of women in academic science and engineering careers. AdvanceVT was initiated with a 5-year NSF grant and is now in year 6. It challenges recipient institutions to help rethink academic careers, policies, and practices, and aspires to create new initiatives at Virginia Tech across all colleges.
