dc.descriptionA virtual Creator consultant application that allows Creators to interact with their analytics data with the help of an expert agent. In addition to user data, the expert agent has access to a knowledge library of information related to the business side of content creation and Creator growth strategies. Creators interact with the system through a chat interface that is augmented with dynamic, runtime generated React components called "live cards". Live cards can be generated through interaction in the chat interface, or as a scheduled task to produce a special class of live card called "insight cards". Insight cards have increased complexity and quality due to the use of two multi-agent workflows, separate from the chat agent. The multi-agent insight workflow involves a research planning agent, data gathering agents run parallel, research compilation agent, insight synthesizer agent, and insight refiner agent. A multi-agent workflow then generates a live card from these derived insights which involves a design agent, design critic agent, coding agent, and code reviewer agent. The knowledge library is collected from a variety of sources including blog content, Youtube videos, and case studies. Existing user data from the project sponsor Engine Room Media was expanded to include unstructured Youtube content including transcripts, descriptions, chapters, and tags. The combination of user data, and expert information meets user needs unmet by traditional dashboard applications by providing a virtual consultant experience that's able to bridge the gap between data analysis and actionable insight generation.en
