dc.description.abstractHawaii, the structed state in the United States regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, has announced it will begin to allow non-essential travel for vaccinated tourist by July 4th. Many locals are concerned about how Hawaiians will be able to tell tourist are vaccinated and Governor David Ige is in the process of working with local businesses to incentivize vaccinations. Hawaii is also ramping up signage around their airports that there is not a mass mandate in place and that people must continue to wear masks in public settings.en
