Abstract

The author gives a few suggestions for independent hoteliers to save marketing costs without harming their effectiveness. It is said that they need to look at budgets spent in OTAs, business listing, website and agency, social media, and paid media. And several tips are introduced by the author in the article that they can do by themselves such as responding to their reviews without paying to hire special social media experts.
