Abstract

In an effort to increase contact-less travel, United has launched their on-demand travel services via their mobile app. Customers will be able to scan a QR code around the United hub and contact an agent via text or voice services. This new implementation has been rolled out at Chicago O'Hare and Houston's George Bush International Airport.
