Disneyland, Universal Studios, and major league stadiums could begin to welcoming back guests and spectators as early as April 1, 2021. Following mounting pressure from the state of California and special interest groups, Governor Gavin Newsom has agreed to a "modest loosening" of restrictions. If Disneyland is able to open on April 1, 2021, it will welcome guests at 15-30% occupancy with mask mandates. This will allow thousands of hospitality workers to go back to their long awaited jobs.en
