dc.descriptionIn Test4Test Group 3, we built the end-to-end AI Analysis experience for usability test recordings. Users can generate named reports, review timestamped screenshots with tester feedback and AI recommendations, refine what data is fed to AI, share reports with teammates, and preview or download reports as PDFs. We also developed the supporting video-processing, transcription, SQL database, email reminders, a demo account, and research to make the most cost-optimized decisions. Technologies used: React, TypeScript, and Vite for frontend; Supabase for authentication, PostgreSQL, and Edge Functions; Node.js, Express, FFmpeg, and Sharp process recordings on Render.com; Cloudflare R2 stores videos and screenshots; Groq Whisper creates transcripts; OpenAI generates summaries and UX recommendations; SMTP2GO sends emails; Workflow: The frontend submits report requests to Supabase, which authenticates users and coordinates an asynchronous video-processing worker. The worker hosted on Render.com, extracts unique screenshots, transcribes recordings, and stores results in R2 and PostgreSQL. OpenAI analyzes the timestamp-linked feedback, and the completed report is returned to the frontend for review, refinement, and the option to export it as a PDF.en
