How the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals Brokered an In-Person Trade Show

Abstract

This article describes how FAMP(Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals) has handled its annual convention and trade show in-person. Since around 70 percent of pre-registered attendees and exhibitors wanted to attend the event in-person, they had to find a way to hold the meeting safely. Following the guidelines and safety recommendations from state and local health officials, they started to prepare the event implanting new protocols such as redesigning the floor plan, reinforced sanitizing and physical distancing, etc.
