CoStar's recent industry survey revealed that guests are currently most concerned with hotel cancelation policies, location, and price when booking a room night. There was a polarized consensus surrounding grab-and-go breakfast as most respondents either supported or rejected the notion of continuing this concession. Additionally, minimal housekeeping was expected, but as the pandemic begins to get under control within the United States, experts are unsure if this will continue.
