Guidelines Regarding Outside Unit-of-Residence Enrollment and Dual Enrollment

Guidelines to clarify and expand upon policies in the "Virginia 4-H Handbook" (specifically Section 3.12.1) with regard to enrollment of 4-H members outside their county/city of residence and to enrollment in more than one Unit 4-H program.
