At this year’s (2021) Arabian and African Hospitality Investment Conference, industry professionals came together, in this particular session, to discuss “The Investor’s Perspective” of the markets in Saudi Arabia and Africa at this time. Neither market is seeing a lot of action right now, but professionals are optimistic for movement in the future. While both markets hold potential, Saudi Arabia is looking more promising right now. The Middle Eastern markets do have some challenges though such a notably high cost of debt, deterring some investors.
