Regional stay-at-home order in California means restaurants must revert back to delivery, takeout

Abstract

Because of the big surge of Covid-19 in California, Governer Gavin Newsom issued a stay-home-order that ends dine-in at restaurants in most the counties in the state which means all stores have to switch to delivery and take out only. Concerns are raised for a bad impact on local businesses.
