However, here are suggestions from the author in order to be a profitable and successful virtual event. First, be clear that your event is a conference or a tradeshow; that changes your strategy. Second, Consider a subscription model for ticketed events. (Use bundling) Third, build a community for regular events to reduce repeated labor.
