The pandemic recovery has positively impacted direct bookings that hotels have long awaited being able to lock into their system. A few industry experts believe that this influx of direct bookings is due to the irregularity and short booking window of many travelers. However, hotels will have to work to retain the clicks heading into future stages of the recovery, if they would like to continue with their direct booking success.
