Abstract
According to the research by Hotel Effectiveness, US hotels only operate half of the labor they had before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the service change at hotels due to the sanitary issues such as the elimination of daily housekeeping, Overall labor hours per occupied room(LHPOR) have decreased by 20% since March. Also, some labor had to experience their job at work changed because each role and processes should be adjusted toward the pandemic.
