dc.description.abstractThe dramatic increase in the number of undocumented students accessing higher education in California over the last 15 years has been the realization of years of struggle and advocacy. California has gained national recognition for having one of the most progressive and supportive collections of state policies pertaining to educational access and achievement for undocumented young people. This report offers a guide and equity tool as an integral part of a new strategy and a stepping stone toward a new ecosystem for California Higher Education.en
