Best Western Hotels has announced all employees must return back to the office this month, while Sonesta has ramped up hiring. Unfortunately, many hotel chains have negatively been impacted by the restrictions of the J-1 Visa and will be forced to shutdown a number of destination properties this summer. Hotels are also relying on new marketing trends and increased usage of technology to show they are ready to welcome travelers back to their properties.
