Delta Air Lines Announces Updates to Diversity and Inclusivity Efforts

Abstract

Delta Airlines has worked to make a more inclusive workplace and has shared updates on its goals to become an equitable, anti-racist organization. They have increased the number of Black candidates from 6 percent to 19 percent for positions such as general manager, director, and managing director.
