| dc.description.abstract | Not only has the COVID-19 pandemic ripped havoc on the breakdown of the hospitality industry, but it has left minority employees out of a job, or put on reduced hours, at a higher rate than white employees. Unfortunately, this comes at a time when the hospitality industry is trying to survive the brunt of the economic impact the pandemic has had on the industry.
